Hopeful Adoptive Parents Sharing Their Journey
About Us
Our home is loud in the best way. There is usually music playing, someone laughing, a toddler running down the hallway, or our dog close behind. We are the parents of three incredible kids, and being their mom and dad is the greatest privilege of our lives.
Life in our family is active and full. We love Disney trips, beach vacations, traveling, and spending time at the gym together. Our kids often come along while we train for strongman competitions and think lifting heavy things is completely normal. Some of our favorite moments are the simple ones at home like movie nights, baking in the kitchen, or everyone piled onto the couch at the end of the day.
We are licensed foster parents and have grown our family through adoption. Becoming parents has shaped us deeply. We believe every child deserves to feel safe, wanted, and unconditionally loved. Our home is a place where kids can be themselves, make mistakes, grow, and always know they belong.
We are open to considering an open adoption and believe healthy connection can be meaningful when it is in the best interest of the child. We approach adoption with respect, gratitude, and care.
We met in 2014 as college students living in the same apartment complex in Provo, Utah, and were married in San Diego in 2015. Nearly ten years later, we have built a life rooted in commitment, resilience, faith, and adventure. We both work in tech in Northern Utah and love traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with our extended families.
We have one Australian Cattle Dog named Duchess who keeps our home lively. If you have seen the show Bluey, that is her breed.
Our faith is important to us. We are practicing Christians and try to live with kindness, integrity, and compassion. We will support our children as they grow into their own beliefs and identity.
Our journey to parenthood included years of infertility and loss beginning in 2017. That season changed us and deepened our empathy. Today we are incredibly grateful for the children in our home and for the opportunity to continue growing our family.
Family is everything to us. Our children are surrounded by loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. We believe family is built through love and commitment. In our home, love is steady, safe, and forever.

About the Kids
About Duchess
Our three kids bring so much life and joy into our home. They are active, curious, and full of personality. You can usually find them laughing together, building something creative, running around outside, or cheering us on at the gym. They love Disney trips, family adventures, and cozy nights at home just as much as we do. Most of all, they are happy, secure, and deeply loved, and it shows in their smiles.

Duchess is our sweet blue heeler and a big part of our family. She loves playing fetch and will happily chase a tennis ball for as long as someone is willing to throw it. More than anything, she loves being around the kids. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and playful with them, and she lights up when they give her attention. Duchess brings so much energy, loyalty, and love into our home.
